Instant Pot®️Creamy Chicken Pasta

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, Chopped into 1" chunks
  • 1 Box Ruffle Noddles
  • 1 Shallot, Diced
  • 4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream or Half and Half
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Bag Baby Spinach
  • 8 oz Jar Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Set Instant Pot to Sauté. Brown chicken in batches. Sauté shallot. Add chicken broth to pot and scrap bottom to remove the brown bits. Add chicken and noddles to the pot, set on manual for 8 minutes. Allow to naturally release for 5 minutes. Stir in cream, spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes and spices. Serve topped with additional cheese if you like.
